Average. When picking up the car, the staff mentioned that besides the car we originally booked, there was a BMW 5 Series Touring available at the same price. We asked if it could fit five suitcases, and the staff said the BMW was more suitable. However, when we went to pick up the car, we found the luggage couldn't fit. We returned to the store for help, but another staff member said it was impossible for him to assist us. When we requested a car swap, he claimed it was already the largest model available and refused to exchange it. His attitude was unfriendly. Eventually, we managed to fit all the suitcases ourselves. There were hidden charges since the so-called deposit has not yet been refunded. It's unclear if, as stated in the booking, no extra fees were supposed to be charged at the store.

The service was excellent and they resolved issues efficiently without any additional sales pitches.

The service was mediocre, and they kept pushing me to buy insurance.

I originally booked an Opel Meriva but it was unavailable. They upgraded me to a Mercedes GLK for free!
