Not bad, simple and efficient.

Originally booked a Chrysler 300, but was told at Newark Airport that it wasn't available, and that there's no guarantee it will be! Later, they offered a choice between a Cadillac XTS and a Chevrolet Impala of the same grade. Considering the trunk space, we chose the Impala. Fortunately, the car was very new, with only 8000 miles on it. Driving performance was good and we were quite satisfied. Initially planned to give a 3-star rating. We had reserved a same-location pickup and drop-off, but due to traffic reasons, decided to return the car in Brooklyn. Successfully changed the return location at a Hertz point near Washington for free, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, a good experience.

Easy pick-up, smooth return! Full tank policy, very good attitude! Originally booked a RAV4, but only Kia and Hyundai were available at the location, so I chose Kia. The mid-size car had no problem fitting two large suitcases in the trunk. The staff were very friendly and kind. No extra charges when returning the car. After returning to the country, they charged an additional $25, probably for tolls and traffic fines. Didn't check the specifics as it wasn't much.

Tellement belle !! Cette voiture correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Propre, un magnifique bruit de V8 en décapotable dans New York. ;-) Plaisir de voir les grattes ciel de la voiture en conduisant. La compagnie Hertz a été impeccable, rapide et efficace.!! Je recommande.
