The car pickup experience with Thrifty in Honolulu was very poor. The front desk was constantly upselling, the pickup location had fewer cars and too many people, and we waited for over an hour. The staff assigning cars did not follow a first-come, first-served order, which was dishonest.

Qeeqさんで予約した車のクラス以下の車を配車されてしまった。また借りる際、カウンターのスタッフさんからは車種のアップグレードを有料でオファーもあり、カウンターのスタッフさんの認識不足なのか、分かりませんが、代理店さんで予約した商品とは異なるグレードをレンタルしたことは残念でした。

左記の不具合がありましたが、御社のスタッフさんのチャットでの相談で、最終的には差額を返金されることになりましたが、すこし窮屈なドライブになりました。 今回、Qeeqさんのチャットでのサポート、フォローアップは客目線での対応で感動させられました。次回も利用させて頂こうと思います。

Overall good, but there were some complications when picking up the car from the store. Additionally, the vehicle's configuration, condition, and cleanliness were not as good as Oahu. Although they washed the exterior, the interior, especially the dashboard, was covered with volcanic dust, and the steering wheel was greasy. There were even cockroaches. My friend felt something crawling on his leg while driving. It turned out to be a small fuzzy insect, which eventually crawled into the dashboard. (￣∇￣)…
