The vehicle was relatively new and clean!

First time renting a car, the staff at the counter were very patient in explaining the details. The car was in excellent condition, very clean both inside and outside. The engine runs smoothly.

Great service, the staff speaks English well.

It's the same as HERZ, the service is reliable.

Ladies on Hertz were rudes and worst: nobody in Staff speaks English, only French (that I do not Speak). It was difficult to solve any little question, making this rental a bad experience. In my opinion they SHOULD know how to speak the Universal language in a business you deal with people from all over the World.
