Very noticeable when exiting the airport, the process was fast, the car was already started and had the AC on waiting outside. This whole process gets a perfect score.

I arrived ahead of the scheduled pickup time but was informed that the car had not yet arrived. After the scheduled pickup time, I still had to wait more than half an hour to get the car because the previous user didn’t fill up the gas tank and had to refuel, which caused the delay. Eventually, they extended the return time by half an hour.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! When returning the car, it was busy, but the staff's attitude was still very good and they even drove us to the hotel. The service was impeccable and I am very satisfied!
