The queue time was not long, but taking the car took quite some time. Additionally, the credit card machine had issues. We had to try three or four different credit cards before realizing it was their machine's problem. Then we had to wait for another machine, which took nearly an hour.

The pickup and drop-off process was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly, and the vehicle was in excellent condition, almost like new.

English proficiency is a major weakness..

Pick-up and drop-off were very quick. The car was comfortable to drive. It was a joyous trip.

I paid the money but didn't manage to pick up the car. Spent a lot on taxi fares, and the rental fee was not refunded.
