The booking was confirmed, but there were no cars available upon arrival.

When we arrived at the rental location, we were told there were no automatic cars available and were directed to rent on-site from another car company. After extensive negotiations, we were instructed to go to the airport to pick up the car ourselves. Upon arrival, we were further delayed and charged an extra 69 euros for airport parking. Overall, the service was inefficient, the staff were rude, and the experience was unreliable.

Not very attentive to Chinese customers!

The car was very new, and the pick-up process went smoothly overall.

I was supposed to pay 332 euros at the store, but I ended up paying 772 euros. They said they would explain it to me on the same day but never sent an email! The bank has already deducted the money and Hertz still hasn't responded.
