Recommend Hertz car rental company

Picking up and returning the car was very quick and convenient. It would be great if a detailed return route was provided because I got lost near the airport due to unfamiliarity with the area.

Overall good, the store is right inside the airport, making it convenient with simple procedures. I had already bought full insurance on Zuzhu.com, so I just mentioned that when they tried to offer additional insurance. The car was relatively new. However, the queue was a bit long, and the speed was slow due to the crowd.

Picking the vehicle up from Auckland Airport was a little frustrating as the vehicle we hired wasn't ready for collection as it hadn't been cleaned. Required us to stand around and wait patiently whilst this happened. Coming off a 3.5hr flight with 2 kids isn't exactly what you want to do as I had made the booking nearly 4 weeks prior, so the Hertz team had plenty of notice to get the vehicle ready.
