Big company, good service! Requires a translated copy of the driver's license. The windshield was cracked by a small stone, but the included damage waiver fully covered it! Highly recommended!

The store initially asked us to pay a higher price than what QEEQ had informed us. We didn't pay immediately and told them we might have paid a partial deposit which should be deducted. Later, they didn't insist on charging more. Seems like they were trying to pull a fast one. No pressure to buy insurance. Returning the car was very easy.
