Car replacement, additional insurance, and GPS service fees

I had reserved a Volvo V40, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was unavailable and was offered a Ford instead. I assumed it would be a Ford Focus of the same grade, but after completing the paperwork and going to the parking lot, I discovered it was a smaller class car. Moreover, there were no staff members at the parking lot, and it was self-service pickup. This is clearly misleading and deceitful. If you don't have the specified model, you shouldn't charge for it. I felt very disappointed. I was carrying large luggage and didn't want to go back to discuss switching cars.

No issues encountered, acceptable service attitude

The receipt amount printed at the time of return was incorrect, showing 25 euros more. After discussing with the counter staff and presenting the paper order, I received a correct receipt.

The trip was full of unexpected events! To summarize, we had a minor accident during the journey. We called Hertz's international emergency assistance, and the German customer service patiently handled all my silly questions and helped us find a nearby replacement vehicle. Thanks to them, our trip was saved. 5 stars!
