Tight lot which can jam up, but otherwise everything was good

Car was stained Shuttle van was dirty Pickup place at airport difficult to find Attempt to charge $10 for tolls / upon refusal threaten to charge $25 per toll if I didn’t pay the $10/day Required personal insurance coverages page (who carries that?) or force to take Easirent insurance. Not a bargain with added charges. Never again I will only deal with known, reputable companies in the future.

I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Counter Agent Kavel Smith was extremely helpful and courteous. One suggestion would be to wash the interior of the airport van. It looked like it was rained on inside!

Wisner was profesional guy and didnt push me to buy extra things like other people do.

Waited over an hour to get the car Rude people and not willing to help just wanted to make extra money with insurance.
