This is a fraudulent rental company, don't rent from them. I called at 8 am to confirm a 3-day extension at 110 MYR per day. After the return time of 1 pm, they called me at 3 pm saying it would now cost 300 MYR per day. They shamelessly said the price had changed, regardless of whether I returned the car at 3 pm or the next day at 1 pm, it would still be 300 MYR. This is clearly extortion since they've already charged the credit card. Avoid this company. Plus, I didn't get the specified car model.

Overall, the pick-up and drop-off were smooth, though I had to spend 10 minutes to find the representative from Europcar and another 15 minutes to complete the paper work. It would have been great had the representative informed me about the nearest petrol station, from where I could fill the fuel tank and drop-off the car. I came all the way to the drop-off point, but couldn't find any fuel station on my way; Had to search for fuel stations and go back again, to fill petrol, wasting precious 20 minutes in the process and also ended up paying fine to the airline, for delayed check-in.

Overall booking process and communication were good.

The 1k advance fee payment via credit card is a huge amount and will only be refund at a later date. This may only be the downside factor.
