Good experience!

The staff communicated in English, Thai, and Chinese, provided enthusiastic assistance, and thoroughly explained the car conditions and return route. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the experience was very positive.

Not bad, fairly straightforward.

When we picked up the car, the rental staff gave us a neck pillow, saying it was a gift. However, upon returning the car, they told us it was just for our use! We said that their colleague had mentioned it was a gift, and we had left it in the villa in Pattaya. Then he said his colleague meant it was for our use. What does 'gift' even mean? If it's for our use, just say so, don't say it's a gift! Also, I rented a 12-seater car, so why not give us 12 pillows to use! Clearly, they just want to make us pay extra. In the end, we had to trouble a friend in Pattaya to mail it back to the airport! I will never use this rental company again!
