Good service and new car

After arriving at Sydney Airport's T1 International Terminal, there is a shuttle loop to the parking building. The paperwork is processed instantly on-site, and you can pick up the car directly within five minutes. Returning the vehicle is also quick and hassle-free with on-site processing.

Good service. Excellent value car.

Only issue was that it was not possible to return the car after 5PM as it was hired through "a third party company". And due to COVID-19, we return the car 5 days early but it seemed like too much hassle to ask for a refund, especially as your info said it might cost more!

Car was great but we had an early international flight and it was a hassle, almost missed our trip back to the US because the office was not opened before 8am and we had to go to another location to drop the car (and wait 30+ minutes for the next shuttle). Otherwise all was great, loved the car, the support staff was really good, just that drop off and not knowing that we could not drop off early was a pain.

The staff members were courteous, cheerful and very helpful. Pick up and drop off was timely and efficient and the drivers were very professional in their work. Finally, the vehicle was clean and well presented and exceeded our expectations. This was our first experience with Apex and, given our experience, it will not be our last.
