The car was in poor condition. The windshield remained blurry no matter how much I wiped it, and it turned out the blurriness was on the inside and couldn't be cleaned off. The staff who handed over the car greeted me with a smile, but when I returned the car, their attitude was as if I owed them money. They were unwilling to say more than one word at a time.
