Surprisingly seamless, stress-free and accommodating.

First off, Flight noticed that my pick up date did not match my arrival in Okinawa and messaged to confirm date the car was needed. Next, they agreed to pick me up at a convenient rail stop and take me to the car, saving me from having to navigate the airport and my way to the rental office on my first visit to Okinawa. The car was an upgrade over the typical American economy car - very nice! Drop-off was a cinch as well. I drove to the office and the staff took us directly to the airport! Excellent customer service.. would definitely recommend.

The QEEQ booking platform was easy to navigate and efficient. Directions for needed documentation, pick up and drop off were clearly explained. Driving for my first time in a foreign country was a bit daunting but I felt better knowing I had the QEEQ insurance in case something happened.
