The Dollar Counter in the airport was closed, but had a sign directing me to the vehicle collection area. The booth in the vehicle collection area was closed, but had a sign directing me to Hertz. The Hertz representative was busy, but did assist me in picking up the vehicle from Dollar.

I booked the car with a full tank return policy, but they tricked me into returning it empty. They charged me for 13 gallons of fuel for a 10-gallon tank, claiming the charge was based on the average for that type of vehicle, not the actual model.
