The car's GPS directed us to the wrong parking lot. I parked the car in another lot and went to the counter. An African American staff member came out to help me park the car, and he was very friendly and polite. The male staff member who handled the rental had a worse attitude, repeatedly saying we rented a B class. Only after we insisted did he change it to a 4-door car.

Overall, the car rental process was orderly and quick. They did try to upsell extra insurance, upgraded vehicles, and additional toll fees, but they accepted the refusal without any hassle or rude behavior. However, there was no guidance or introduction to the rented model. The return process was very efficient, with the inspection completed quickly within a few minutes, leaving a strong impression.
