The guides led us to the parking lot to pick up the car, and the vehicle was in great condition with just over 17,000 kilometers. We were upgraded from a Volkswagen Golf to a Peugeot 3008. However, there were long lines at the AVIA counter while other counters were relatively empty. The rental company is reliable and worth recommending to friends.

Avia's service is quite reliable and follows standard practices. When picking up the car, they clearly informed me that purchasing additional insurance could reduce the compensation required in case of an accident. Confident in my driving skills, I chose not to buy extra insurance, and there were no unnecessary troubles during the car return.
