The AVIA staff were very professional and explained everything clearly. The guides led us to the parking lot to pick up the car, and the vehicle was in great condition with just over 17,000 kilometers. We were upgraded from a Volkswagen Golf to a Peugeot 3008. However, there were long lines at the AVIA counter while other counters were relatively empty. The rental company is reliable and worth recommending to friends.

She briefly explained the contract terms and mentioned that since we had already purchased full insurance through the rental platform, there was no need to buy additional insurance from the rental company. The car we received was very new, and the parking lot staff pointed out all the existing scratches so we could take pictures. They also explained the fuel type and return process before leaving. Returning the car was very straightforward. The staff walked around the car, checked the fuel level by starting the engine, and that was it. Around 20 days after returning the car, the pre-authorized deposit was refunded.
