The car was right, the attention was very good in front desk

Sun pass is not a necessity in Fort Lauderdale, we could have managed without sun pass or could have used our own. But the agent didn’t agree to use our own, and informed that without sun pass we cannot take any highway in FL, that’s a lie.

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

Awful local office. Rude staff. Inefficient. Understaffed. FYI unreasonable requirements like SHOWING insurance certificate (other companies do not require this) and $13.99/day for tolls (when other companies charge $9) But biggest issue was rude staff. Girl who called herself “manager” had poor communication, and when I was aghast, she refused to rent me the car. Fine, but she also refused to give me refund. And she supplied me with 2 phone numbers, neither of which worked. I called both eight in front of her. When I pointed this out, she didn’t care and said to leave. She kept my money and gave me no car and no one to contact. It was so bad I actually took video of the process bc no one would believe it was so bad .

The windshield was very dirty inside, I had to buy windex to clean it up to avoid reflection issue at night.
