Nice car shame about the hidden extras charged by Fox

For the price it was great - perfect size for our group - vehicle was older, dented, scraped and had stains inside, also window rubber would come down every time it rolled down - but it got us where we needed to be - Shuttle took a while, and was full but overall a good experience!!

Booked online - printed voucher as instructed- no issues at all !!

Waited over an hour for pick up at Orlando international. Had to call and ask if they were coming as it was advertised they pick up every 10 minutes. Many people standing and waiting. Long line up at counter, felt like they needed more staff. Car was perfect for what we needed

Stay clear of this place. Rude and you do not get what you pay for.

A complete scam they bait and switch their customers. I rented a car and paid in full online, only to get to the counter and be told I needed an additional $60+ in charges. I will never rent from this company again, they are completely dishonest.

When dropping off the vehicle, i’m Handed an invoice that largely exceeds what the rental rate was when booking on Easyrentcars.com. I couldn’t stick around to argue since I had to catch my flight. They just told me all adjustment would be made based on my Easyrental package price before being charged to my credit card....it was not. It now shows I paid more than double what my Easyrentcars deal let me to believe. Extremely disappointed! I now will have to see what I can do about it from 2500 km away...
