My first time renting a car abroad was an extremely satisfying experience. The most crucial part of a good car rental is the smoothness of the return process. When I returned the car, they just gave it a quick check and refunded my deposit. A good and reliable rental company meets this criteria. Plus, there were small gifts!

The store provided us with a car whose right front tire's safety line was completely worn out. Such tire conditions would lead to a blowout within two or three days. The next day, the tire did blow out, and luckily it happened when we were starting from a stationary position! If it had blown out while driving at 100 km/h, the consequences would have been unimaginable. This rental company is truly irresponsible. Is it safe to assume they only replace tires when they blow out?

Excellent! The in-store service was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. They even provided a free driving guide and a booklet on New Zealand's traffic regulations. Very considerate.
