Brilliant!

The service was terrible! I even spent extra money to get the Hague certification, notarization, Spanish sworn translation, international permit, and Chinese driver's license, yet they insisted my documents were invalid! This seemed like an excuse to force me to purchase their insurance. Without buying their insurance, I wasn’t allowed to take the car! The insurance cost €120 for three days, while my rental fee for three days was only slightly over 1,200 RMB. It's a complete scam. The rental platform did nothing to regulate this behavior! Additionally, the car I received was completely different from what I had reserved!

Only the long queue at the desk to register was a minus point.

I like to make reservations with QEEQ. They find good deals and offer support when needed.

Staff didn’t have a clue about several things. Couldn’t find a car for us, couldn’t explain the requirement for all the additional charges, had to change the car so had to wait longer, car was battered. Charged us a diesel tax fee but gave us a petrol car! Awful

Hoping we can get a refund for the additional charges we incurred not mentioned in the booking

The dacia lodgy is a terrible vehicle with zero space for luggage.

Dislike: Very long wait to pick up the car.
