Brilliant!

Booked a Nissan Qashqai or similar, they did not have any cars in this category left (DISAPPOINTING) so they had to upgrade me to the next category which was NOT an upgrade at all, the 7 seater category and I got a DACIA Lodgy more like a work van, car was awful and very used, with many scuffs dents and scrapes. Eventually swopped for a Qashqai at another location a couple of days later as I had booked this car for a few weeks.

Good app good service, feel like the prices are higher now in-comparison to other providers

Counter staff unhelpful, slow, very busy but no extra staff available, was warned before hand by another customer that they will try to rip you off at end of trip! Which they did. Will never use again.

No problems yet, will be making a claim on axa insurance to cover charges.

Gold car are thieving scum bags there is nothing more to say about them, they are the most deceitful, crooked and rude people I have ever dealt with. I watched them rip off an elderly couple for insurance costs in excess of €250, they have charged me €30 for removing a water bottle from the car and cleaning up a few grains of sand. They failed to mark a scratch and dent on the vehicle that was huge, they were undoubtedly trying to scam me upon return. This took over 60 minutes to get someone to photograph and the staff were all rude, dismissive and intolerant. Disgraceful company they should not be allowed to operate in any country.

They only care about selling extras and making sure you sign on a screen with your signature. Not clear what you are paying for as they talk very quickly and they just tell you 'You have selected this option' which is not true. Terrible service, they are only after extra money ,probably on commission.
