Good Experience will use again

Very bad customer service. Rudeness and don’t care for customers. Two guys didn’t know English and one guy knew English but was so rude and lazy also don’t know what he is doing. Behaving like small kids.

The staff member at the pick-up was very courteous and helped us purchase full insurance coverage and ferry tickets to the South Island. His patient service resolved our issues and ensured a smooth trip. He deserves praise.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.

The drop off time was amazingly fast and easy. The pick up was very fast also, just a bit more communication would have been nice so that the person actually know whats happening next. like 'ill just get your car' or 'ill get this person here to prepare your car'' go with him'. instead of just leaving the person there like an idiot wondering whats happening.

We booked an economy car, Toyota Yaris or similar. We got a Toyota Vitz, no worries there. But the car was from 2012, had no Bluetooth connection, no AUX and no USB-port for charging. And it was an imported Japanese car which meant the radio only worked in the FM-range of 76-90 MHZ and so you couldn't even listen to music that way. You could find a station for a minute or two but reception was BAD!!!!!!!!!!
