The counter and car delivery service were very good and efficient, but unfortunately, the car seemed like it hadn't been cleaned and appeared quite worn out. The staff were great, but the condition of the car was worse than I expected. When I asked the service staff, they said the car was returned by the previous renter just the day before.

The car rental company provided excellent service. I had reserved a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and that it was a labeling error on the QEEQ platform. However, they were willing to upgrade the vehicle's engine capacity, which made me very satisfied. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find—after picking up my luggage, it was on the left side of the lobby near Gate 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.
