Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

What I did not like was the whole insurance thing and how I was basically forced to use your insurance when I had my own coverage. The Agent presented it to me as if I could not use mine. I have never had a problem with any other rental car company with using my own insurance. This was a first. I will not rent from them anymore

“Right Cars was HORRIBLE”

After completing the paperwork and being told that the coverage on my BMW M6 wasn't enough to cover the Nissan compact I was renting, the agent tried to tell me I HAD to get their insurance. I had called my insurance company (USAA) before my trip and they assured me my coverage was sufficient. When I told the agent (W. Curri) I would check with my credit card company to make sure everything was legit, he said he would not rent me the car and pulled back all of the paperwork. Leaving me stranded and scrambling for another car. I will NEVER do business with this company again and if asked, I will tell any/everybody about my horrible experience with them.
