It's okay, but the roadside assistance efficiency in the U.S. is low. When the battery is dead, you have to wait until the next day, and even then, you need to call again to schedule.

Eventually, a manager came out and resolved everything in ten seconds. Returning the car at JFK airport was very efficient, took less than a minute.
