Green motion la peor experiencia al alquilar un auto! Todavía no me han reembolsado los 500$$

I would never EVER rent a car from this company. I arrived to pick up car that I reserved and paid deposit on to be told after waiting for over an hour in line that they did NOT have a car for me. The worst part is that the company has not reimbursed my money for deposit back.

try to price more items to get higher rental price.

Like: I had booked 9 pm instead of 9 am. Agent was able to adjust my reservation to resolve the problem.
Dislike: It was a great experience. There was nothing that I didn't like

Like: Was good transfer to airport Very nice people
Dislike: I did not like the sunpass charge that we did not know we had to purchase. That was a rip off. I could have paid all my tolls for around 30.00 I went through. They scare you into taking it saying 50.00 if you go through a toll booth with the ones that you have to have a sunpass on your car.They should tell you all about that charge before you rent

Like: Great price. Pickup from airport was positive - great shuttle staff.
