I arrived at the location and the person that was supposed to take care of me wasn’t there. Instead I was greeted by a very angry man, that wanted to sale me unnecessary options and started yelling at me when I just wanted what I paid for. This company makes false advertising on the easyrentcars.com website to get you to pick them and try to charge you MORE than the average cost of a similar car. Also trying to add fees that they says are mandatory but there are not. The person literally kicked me out of the agency saying I was crazy to pretend getting a car at this price. The price that they advertised. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Horrible experience..!!!

The car was in poor condition. The check engine light was on, the fuel was not full, and the shocks were compressed. I was quoted $164 with taxes/fees included. I showed up and they told me it's now $481 due to additional taxes/fees. Not a very safe/secure location and off the beaten path. Stay away from this scam.
