Bait and switch. Should have called the police

The directions for pick up in the email were not accurate. Could not get ahold of the car rental company to coordinate a drop off since my flight was before they open

Rented!! I was very disappointed right from the beginning

The booking was fine! Getting to the place where I was to be picked up was chaotic and time-consuming! There was nothing in the paperwork that told me where to meet the company picking me up.! I’m not sure if I would use the service again. I think I am due money back because they gave me a smaller car than I paid for!!!

I was extremely disappointed with not being able to use my own insurance! No where did easycar mention the four only insurance companies one switch accepted. I ended up paying almost double than what I booked.

The price seemed good on the surface but we never got the car & had to book one at GreenMotion up the street. BUYER BEWARE: you must have a hard copy of insurance...... they would not accept our electronic insurance copy(as every other rental company does), nor had a printer or any accommodation to work around that. So I booked a car somewhere else as we sat in the tiny waiting room & took an Uber to get it. Was ultimately still cheaper than paying the hefty insurance cost One Switch wanted to charge.
