The girl at the counter could not work the computer and I had to wait another hr for someone else

We thought we had a great deal, price wise, for the 4 days we rented the vehicle. But upon pick-up of vehicle (going through/signing of the paperwork), we were unpleasantly surprised that we had (forced) to obtain their liability insurance although we told them that we had our own. That cost in itself costed us more (almost double) than the entire 4-day rental price. :(

It wasn’t expressed prior to pickup that my personal car insurance wouldn’t cover the rental car if the personal car was older then 2016. And that in Florida it is required to purchase speedy pass for tolls, even though I had a personal one. Which caused the car to be more then expected.

I didn’t see a price drop. But it was easy process

Not pleased with how this company do business. They left out keen information bout drop off and pick up on after hours. Customer service was horrible. Over all will not be doing business with them again.

Easy renter cars was smooth. Very understandable and helpful

Car was fine, rental was more complicated than necessary and we felt scammed at the end. Will never use them again!

Be careful who you partner with.

The most unprofessional, unfriendly, duplicitous SCAM artists EVER. The ENTIRE organization is shady, sketchy and dishonest.
