I paid for Nissan Sentra and received Nissan Versa--smaller unit then I paid??

We waited for almost an hour and after calling multiple times with no answer, we were told they were out of cars and couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

It was already reserved It felt as if I was being "sold" extras: do you want to add: gps, prepaid gas, insurance seemed to be a hugh issue since I had my own. MORE SIGNAGE needed for the pickup location. Shuttle Service was fine!
