This is a new car rental company with only one staff member. There was a slight delay during pick-up and drop-off due to some minor issues, but the service was still very good. There were few formalities for picking up the car and almost nothing to fill out, so I got the car quickly. The car's condition was good with just over 40,000 kilometers on it, and it was fuel-efficient, consuming slightly over 4 liters per 100 kilometers.

Everything was fantastic. Great car. Excellent customer service. They even lent me some sunglasses for the journey as I forgot mine.

Top rental had excellent service! Fei (tony) does an awesome job and provided top service. Car was immaculate and very good to drive. Definitely recommend top rental to anyone.

Very easy to work. Smooth easy process

It did take a while to get our car as traffic was heavy. We did notice a strong cigarette smell especially in the back seat and as there were no other vehicles available we had to purchase a hanging deodorant to erase the smell.
