Extremely outrageous car rental company!!! We booked cars in New York and Washington from October 4th to October 10th, a total of six days. The initial total price on the confirmation sheet was 671.86 USD, with a credit card prepayment of 537 USD, leaving 134.86 USD to be paid in the US to DOLLAR. When we arrived, none of the three models we had reserved two months in advance were available, all of which were downgraded. After using DOLLAR's rental car, they charged us an absurd final price of 481.88 USD, including various hidden fees such as taxes, state taxes, one-way fees, airport fees, tolls, etc., which were never disclosed earlier. How are customers supposed to trust the company with such a huge difference between the confirmed price of 671.86 USD and the actual payment of 537 + 481.88 = 1018.88 USD? An extremely terrible car rental company! They also forcefully charge for a full tank of fuel and E-PASS toll fees. We paid a heavy price to learn this lesson. Don't fall for DOLLAR's tricks again!

The line was very long, and they constantly tried to upsell, including offering a fuel service, and gave us incorrect information, such as claiming there were no gas stations near the return point.
