The car was filthy. The seats had stains all over them and there was a smell of smoke in the car.

The rep Rashad was excellent it was obvious that they are under staff and they need two reps. at all times he was apologetic and did his to keep customers calm

More customer service rep Rashad was there alone and had to get rentals and service customers ...He worked alone most of the time....That us too much for one person and it creates tension

Took too long to pick up from airport. Spend an hour with an agent who tried to make it difficult to rent with out additional insurance. Said that I have to get SunPass or I will be ticketed.

The first vehicle we were given had stained seats and the passenger side bumper was lose and falling off. We returned the vehicle the next day and were treated with professionalism and courtesy. The agents provided us with an upgraded vehicle that was like new. We appreciated their kindness, understanding and responsiveness to our needs.

Like: Best price on a midsize suv....staff at pick up were attentive and friendly!
Dislike: Car wasn't cleaned before pick up. Interior was filthy.
