Affordable, friendly, and helpful

Terrible service, they would not answer the telephone, I tried to call them for an hour (and yes at the right number). The first car they offered was a disaster, not safe for the road so I did not accept it. The second car was safe but full of damage and very dirty on the inside. It took me an hour to clean it. They would not let me rent the vehicle without purchasing additional insurance even though the car was fully insured as I did not have a credit card.

My experience would have been better if I did not have to drive a van with the advertisement on the hood and side of the vehicle. We hardly drove it so we would not be mistaken for a rental service car. A guest at our resort walked up the van thinking we were a driving service.

Would not accept easy rent car insurance. Put me through the ringer on insurance. Will not rent from this company again.

Cars are out of date for a rental company we rented a mini van and was forced to take a suv which isn’t convenient with young kids We were also forced to pay for the over and above insurance as we are suppose to carry our home policy papers around with us unlike any other car rental place Would never rent from here again
