Not informed car was diesel. Had nicks and dents in sunlight. No AC for duration.

Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The car was awesome, except for one tire which had a slow leak when we got it. We ended up spending a bunch of money filling it with air everyday and then eventually getting it patched ourselves when easyrentcars told us they would not pay for it, but we could drive (2 hours) to the pickup location to get a different car.

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.

The first car we got was 5 years old we drove to the hotel and the next day had to return it as we were renting for two weeks and it was jumping ahead when I let of the brake. Customer service was excellent as they replaced it with an almost new car.

yes because i was up graded with no additional charge because on final bill they tried to add double fuel charge, as the car was brought back full..
