Avoid EasyRentCars like the pest. They rent cars where there is no rental company!!!!

Good service attitude and new car models.

Very good! T1 car rental company is the only one with a guest lounge where you can sit in air conditioning while waiting for paperwork to be processed. I arrived at T1 but mistakenly set my pickup location to T2. The staff at T1 directly handled it for me and even upgraded me to a Mitsubishi Outlander. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly.

The counter is small but clearly marked. The staff were very particular about their working hours and had an average attitude. We waited for a while. The service is not comparable to Japan or Taiwan.

The Car was in a very good condition. Hertz service was simply superb and their staff were quite prompt in their service. At the time of dropping, we noticed some issue with the fuel level indicator. They politely accepted my complain and within one day confirmed the issue from their side and did not charge any additional charges. I would like to specially thank Ms. Fitri who followed up on this and responded promptly. I will recommend Hertz, especially for their service and kind staff.
