Yesaway were amazing. The car was spotlessly clean (25k on the mileage). The staff at the handovers were very helpful, kind and efficient. Great communication with the team through WhatsApp to arrange pickups and drop offs. Nice touches in the car with phone holder, usb charger, and an umbrella. Thank you to all the team at Yesaway Chiang Mae, you were awesome.

I had a little tech hiccup with the platform that I couldn't see my booking in the app the night before pickup. I had email confirmations but not the voucher. Luckily the customer support staff I contacted on the app were great and resolved this very quickly. Thank you

Was a new car - taking/handing over were very smooth (though Yesaway has no counter at the airport. Just need to give a call, and staff came to receive us. No problem for the 6 days (880km) of rental Value for money, excellent services!

Everything was ok until I request for the Tax invoice. I had to spend a lot of time contacting your staff asking for it. Finally, I could not get it right as you might not understand what I really need.
