Fast and easy experience.

I was upgraded, since my car was not available. I was forced to take their insurance. I argued and they dropped part of it, but kept the loss of use insurance, even though I refused it. The car had several scratches and my grandkids found trash in the car. Return was quick and easy.

Would not accept easy rent car insurance. Put me through the ringer on insurance. Will not rent from this company again.

It was most terrible experience I ever had because the counter person tried sell your insurance. I was 3 hours on the counter.

Horrible customer service at the counter. She would not let me use my own insurance, would not let me use the insurance that came with my easy car rental booking. They also did not have my car category and offered me an "upgrade". I drove over 1500 miles in the trip and the wanted me to drive a Ford Expidition (essentially a bus). That was unacceptable and they advised me they did not have any other vehicles. After over an hour at the counter, and speaking to multiple people, they finally got me an alternative. The cost of my 10 days tripled because of all of this and I was limited to what I could do on my vacation. Nothing but negative comments to say about Greenmotion and will never rent from them again.

Cars are out of date for a rental company we rented a mini van and was forced to take a suv which isn’t convenient with young kids We were also forced to pay for the over and above insurance as we are suppose to carry our home policy papers around with us unlike any other car rental place Would never rent from here again
