Our English is not very good, but the service was very patient. When returning the car, we couldn't find the location, and they went out of their way to guide us.
The car rental owner works at the airport and also happens to be the owner of the B&B I booked. Very nice person. They informed me about the tunnel fee in advance. The car has only around 1000 miles on it.
The front desk staff was very friendly and patiently explained the contract terms without any upselling. We added an extra driver on the third day, and the charges were reasonable. Truly a reputable international brand.
