Extremely satisfied! Pickup was smooth and convenient! Communication was quick, the car was very new and easy to operate! Especially fuel-efficient! Initially planned to book a car on another platform for this Taiwan trip, but due to the May Day holiday, there weren’t many car options available. Everything was perfect on QEEQ! Will definitely book again next time!

車は期待通りの内容であった。Google MAPを使用できるようスマホの固定台がダッシュボードにつけられていたのはありがたかった。良いサービスである。時間に遅れたせいもあるが、スタッフが一人で対応しており、前の客の対応が終わるのを待ったため車両の貸し出しまで 30分くらい待たされた。前の客の手続きが終わり順番が回ってきてからの対応は手際が良かった。対応も親切であった。

値下げプロテクターは機能しなかったが、使いやすかった。レンタカーオフィスのロケーションについては、返却場所も含めてもう少しわかりやすい方がありがたい

Always appreciate the 24 hours services from QEEQ, whenever i hv questions, they can help in answering or help me to contact the car rental company. That's why I have been using QEEQ as my car rental platform for awhile and will be doing so in future. =)

Otherwise good, but weird thing with the Credit card as they copy the details. Usually rental companies just Block an amount on your card.

The customer service staff were very polite and provided detailed explanations. From the start of the booking, they sent guidance and location details through a chat tool, which was very convenient. Returning the car was simple—you just drive to the airport parking lot and provide the parking spot number. However, the vehicle was old, dirty, had multiple exterior scratches, and the interior was also unclean. The dashboard had a persistent yellow tire pressure warning light. The tires weren't even from the same brand, which felt unreliable. I rented a Toyota Sienta, but received an outdated second-generation model that differed from the website photos, so be cautious. The infant car seat was completely unacceptable—hard, with no soft parts, lacking ISOFIX, and secured with a seatbelt. It was very uncomfortable and seemed unsafe. I strongly recommend avoiding this and bringing your own car seat.
