I experienced vehicle damage and had full insurance coverage, which obligated compensation. However, this company is extremely slow, taking over two months just to provide a document to the insurance company. Their efficiency is very poor!
The reserved car was not available, but they provided a Mazda 6 of the same price range. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Overall, it was a great experience. Europcar is a global chain with a diverse selection of vehicles. Since this period coincided with the local Eid festival, comparable to Chinese New Year, the prices were significantly higher than usual.
The service was excellent and very satisfying. The best part was that the deposit was refunded extremely quickly, on the same day as the return, without any delays.
