Arrived early and was the first to process the car rental. Provided the original driver's license and the international driving permit translation. Mentioned the plan to drive in Germany. Credit card pre-authorization was processed, and they asked if insurance upgrade was needed. Explained that I had already purchased full coverage from QEEQ. The rental company confirmed it was okay but noted that in case of an accident, payment should be made to the rental company first and then reimbursement should be requested from QEEQ.

The pickup and drop-off process was convenient, the car was in good condition, and the instructions were clear. However, 50 euros were deducted after returning the car without any explanation.

We arrived at the EuropeCar parking garage, but there was no one there. Staff from another company helped us contact them; they received the message but ignored it. When we finally found their office, there was only one staff member. Their attitude was okay.

The car is good, but the base model of Japanese cars feels too basic. The candlelight headlights are frustrating to use at night. Also, the wipers don't clean properly, and rental companies don't seem to care about replacing wipers or adding windshield washer fluid.

[Five-star review] Excellent service despite flight delay! Due to a flight delay of over an hour, I contacted customer service, and the rental company kindly extended the pickup time by an hour. Very considerate! Upon arrival, staff were already at the airport holding a sign to greet us. The pickup service was professional and efficient. The return process was smooth, and they even thoughtfully dropped us off at the terminal. No extra charges at any point. Special praise for their flexible emergency handling, very friendly to passengers affected by delays. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. I'll definitely choose this company for future trips!

The reserved car model was not available, and they said they replaced it with a car of the same size. However, from the photos and actual experience, it didn't feel the same size, but there was no other option. Throughout the trip, it was difficult to store luggage. I don't think T-Cross and Golf are the same type of car.
