The car rental service was excellent, very good, and hassle-free!

Since domestic insurance requires advance payment and reimbursement afterwards, I opted to purchase on-site insurance which eliminates the need for upfront payment. Although it's pricier, it offers peace of mind.

SIXT is great, they have plenty of cars and locations.

The process was fast, the car was in excellent condition with only 8,000 kilometers on the odometer.

My first Sixt car rental experience was excellent. Communication in English went smoothly, and Fabio was very friendly. He even helped me locate a gas station when returning the car. As I approached the store, he came out immediately.

It's the same company as SIXT, with pick-up and drop-off at the same location. The car was in great condition, and in December, all cars are equipped with winter tires as required by local law, so no need to worry about that. Added a driver born after 2000 as an additional driver, and after including taxes and fees, the average cost was roughly 20 euros per day for 7 days. Maybe the 44.55-euro fee was because the second driver was young. For drivers older than 26, this fee might not apply. Just for your reference. After exiting the airport, take the door with the covered walkway. Follow the navigation to SIXT; it's about a 10-15 minute walk. There's a free shuttle bus, but I’m not sure which door to wait at.

Primero, te amenazan como una mafia para que contrates un seguro que no necesitas. Si no lo haces, aunque devuelvas el coche en perfecto estado, te mandan fotos de mala calidad que desaparecen inmediatamente para exigirte más dinero. Ahora entiendo por qué todas las demás empresas de alquiler de coches del aeropuerto estaban llenas de gente y esta estaba vacía.

The overall service attitude could be more proactive, and the reasons for fees charged at the store could be explained more clearly.

The staff in Ireland were amazing!

The car's battery died on the last day, and roadside assistance took an hour. At such a critical moment with an international flight to catch, every minute mattered and we were at risk of missing the flight.

We booked a fiesta and was upgraded to a larger vehicle. This was a welcome upgrade.
