OK-Mobility Car Rental

The location is very close to the attraction, but the storefront is quite small. The car was parked in an underground garage nearby. Initially, I was given a compact SUV with significant wear on the front right tire. The next day, I went to the airport and exchanged it for a Citroën C4, but I had to wait several hours.

The car was in excellent condition, very satisfied!

Overall service was good, and there was no forced consumption.

Our car rental experience was an absolute disaster. When we arrived at the rental company, there were over 50 people waiting — many of them literally sitting or lying on the floor. Despite having a reservation for a specific time, we had to wait more than two hours to collect our car. The service was appalling. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or explanation for the delay. The situation at the key collection point was just as bad — chaotic and poorly organized, with staff showing no courtesy or basic customer service. Same for the drop off service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

The service was excellent, enthusiastic, and efficient. Since our flight on the second day was in the evening, the store even agreed to store our luggage for free. The car was in great condition. We originally booked a Toyota Corolla, but we were given a Volkswagen of the same class upon arrival.
