The car pickup was smooth, the vehicle was new and equipped with CarPlay. It had a high chassis but a compact size, making it suitable for small roads in the UK. The price was reasonable. We purchased QEEQ insurance, but they still promoted the rental company's insurance. During signing, they pre-selected it without asking, and when we requested to remove it, they claimed to have done so but actually didn't. Upon returning the car, we noticed the insurance fee was deducted. After contacting the staff present that day, they admitted the mistake and canceled it.

The cost-effectiveness is average. Upon arrival at the store, they could only provide an older model of Mazda 3. Since I didn't like it, I switched to a Cupra, but they only had the gasoline version. The car struggled with efficiency, costing roughly 1 yuan per kilometer.

When I arrived at the shop to pick up the car, there were no staff members present. I spent half an hour looking for them, only to find them chatting outside the airport lobby. The return process went smoothly.

I was dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Zuzuche. I lost my driver's license while flying to Istanbul and tried to pick up the car an hour earlier than the scheduled time. The rental company noticed I didn't have the original license and refused to let me take the car. I contacted customer service, and they explained that both they and the rental company couldn't allow pickup without the original document, which I understand. However, my reservation should have been canceled for me since the pickup time hadn't yet arrived. Zuzuche only cares about collecting money and doesn't handle customer issues properly, which left me extremely frustrated. This is just a reminder for those who plan to use this platform to rent cars in the future. Think twice!

The only option available for 'actual car model received' was Volvo XC60, but I want to clarify that the actual model was Volvo XC40. The car rental company's service was pretty good. When picking up the car, they pointed out the areas of previous scratches—make sure to take photos of those yourself too. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. The car we got this time was at least 90% new, and the built-in Google Maps navigation was handy, eliminating the need to use phone navigation.

The staff at the store provided good service. The only dissatisfaction was paying more for a 2-door Jeep, but ultimately the company gave us a 4-door version.

I left my pillow in the car, but the rental company said they didn't see it, and even if they did, it would have been thrown away.

A very satisfying car rental experience. We took the night ferry from Liverpool and arrived in Belfast early in the morning. The earliest pickup time available was 9 AM, but it was raining that day, and we got there at 8 AM, expecting to wait in the rain for an hour. However, a staff member showed up at 8 AM and helped us complete the car pickup procedures ahead of schedule. The car was brand new as well. Excellent service!
