I have rented cars from Avis multiple times and am generally satisfied.

The new rental car building at LAX houses all major brands. After taking the shuttle and following the signs to the respective brand counter to complete the paperwork, you can go downstairs to the parking area to find your car.

Excellent service. Although there was no car available initially, the service center promptly resolved the issue and arranged a new vehicle. The staff were very friendly.

The car rental company was excellent!

AVIS is located near Los Angeles Airport, with free shuttle service that takes about 5 minutes to reach. It's a large building with a variety of car models, probably thousands of vehicles ready for rental. I arrived at night, and there were few people renting cars, so the process went smoothly. The staff checked my domestic driver's license with its accompanying translation, took a credit card deposit, and provided a ticket indicating the location of my car in the underground parking garage. After getting the ticket, I went downstairs to find the car. Before driving off, I inspected the car's exterior for scratches or damage. Most of the nearby vehicles seemed to have varying degrees of damage, but the staff assured me this wasn't an issue as they were aware of it. Nevertheless, I took photos for records to avoid potential disputes later. Overall, the car rental process was very efficient.

The reception staff were patient and had a good attitude. The vehicle condition was decent. When there was an issue with tire pressure, we went to Avis to fix it, and their service was also commendable.

Not bad, pick-up and drop-off were fairly convenient. There were locations at the airport as well as shuttle services about 15 minutes away. We dropped off our luggage and quickly found the location.

The staff at the store were quite numerous, making the process very quick.

The rental car company offers free shuttle service at Los Angeles Airport, and the staff are incredibly friendly with no upselling. Highly recommended.
