Domestic terminal - After collecting your luggage, please Call the Europcar shuttle service (09 393 8456) as soon as you have your luggage and are ready for pick-up. Walk to the Jetstar end of the Domestic terminal and exit through door 10 (opposite the Jetstar luggage carousel). Cross the road via the pedestrian crossing and wait for the Europcar shuttle van at the bus shelter at the Off Airport Pick-Up point. International Terminal - Exit through door 8 and follow the signs for 'Rental Cars'. You'll find the rental car office on the left.

Europcar does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
