You can arrive of RentX Car Hire - Auckland Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

To help speed up the pick-up process and reduce waiting time at the branch, please complete your online check-in before arrival: https://checkin.rentxcarhire.co.nz/ Domestic Terminal Once you have collected your luggage, call RentX on 64 9 971 1231. Our shuttle will collect you from the Transfer Area outside the Jetstar Terminal. Keep an eye out for the RentX Shuttle. International Terminal Once you have collected your luggage, call RentX on 64 9 971 1231. Our shuttle will collect you from the Transfer Area. Follow the signs to “Off-Site Airport Transfers”, and keep an eye out for the RentX Shuttle.

Drop-off Instructions

All vehicles need to be returned to the RentX office at 71D Montgomerie Road. We will then transfer you to either the Domestic or International Terminal.
